Her journey began in her family’s restaurant business, where she honed her skills in customer service and operational efficiency. She then spent years in the film industry, mastering the coordination of the many moving parts of production while managing high-profile personalities. Kim later transitioned into real estate, where she witnessed firsthand the overwhelming challenges homeowners face when preparing to sell and move. Seeing a gap in the market, she pivoted away from sales to launch Honey It's Gotta Go, offering clients a discreet, streamlined and hands-on solution to the emotional chaos of moving.
